More transparent #s 650 unique visitors, 1400+ visits, 12000+ pageviews. And I have no beef with you Matt, I voted for you for SGA cuz you’re a cool dude and we’ve chilled before. As for hackers they’ve benefitted us significantly by exposing security vulnerabilities that will be patched up on all future projects, they should also remember to hide their ips better

It’s very misleading for Andy to say that there were 1,000 unique visitors to the site. At best, there were 1,000 unique browser sessions, which is something entirely different. For example, if I went to burnbook.me on my desktop and on my laptop, that would count as 2 uniques, but I’m still only one person.

Also, hackers almost never stick to using a single browser session, meaning they’d have created a LOT of false hits on the site. Bottom line being, I think the number of visitors to burnbook has been greatly exaggerated.
